No, Taekwondo training helps you improve fitness over time. Our classes are designed to accommodate beginners and gradually build strength, flexibility, and endurance.

How often should I train?

We recommend at least two sessions per week for steady progress, but students can train more often if they want to improve faster.

What should I wear to my first class?

Wear comfortable workout clothes (such as a t-shirt and athletic pants). If you decide to continue, you will need a Taekwondo uniform (dobok) prior to your first grading.

Does my child need to attend multiple times a week?

We encourage your child to come to multiple training sessions per week to help with progess and memory of the training syllabus however we understand how busy schedules can get and we have plenty of students who only attend one class per week.
