Sept 22 2018 – Club Grading
On Saturday 22 Sept, we held a club grading (along with guests from Moutere and Renwick clubs).
It was a great day and lots of our junior belts graded.
Following the kids grading, 2 of our senior students, Gavin Gallot and Saphirra Harrington completed their Black Belt grading. This was a gruelling experience that left them both nursing some battle injuries, but both were successful and did extremely well.
CONGRATULATIONS to all that graded!!
Sept 2018 – Master Bernie Visit
In early September e were lucky enough to have Master Bernie Miller, from Whitestone Taekwondo, visit and train with us.
The seniors really enjoyed Master Bernies input and perspective, especially in the lead up to their gradings.
